Grant McDonald is the Managing Partner and founder of TRUEbenefits, LLC. He has been specializing in the employee benefits field for 25 years. His business passion is working with clients to understand their business, culture, and unique people objectives. Once these objectives are understood, he endeavors to help his clients design and manage their programs get the greatest return on their employee benefits dollars. In addition, to firm management, Grant consults with several of the company’s largest benefit clients including T-Mobile USA, Inc., Edmonds School District #15, and Nintendo of America. Grant is a member of Premera Blue Cross’ and Cigna Northwest’s Broker Advisory Council, past Board Member of Western Pension and Benefits Conference, and is a graduate of the University of California-Davis. His personal interests include a love of the outdoors. His passions including hiking, skiing, gardening, and golfing.

Her knowledge of insurance and her low pressure, educational sales approach makes her a dynamic asset to hundreds of employers.
Becky is licensed in 14 states, predominately servicing the Western Washington region. Becky Cotter was twice awarded Aflac’s highest level of accommodation, President’s Club, ranking amongst the top 50 producers in the US.
